This Privacy Policy explains how Clawly (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Clawly platform, including the website (clawly.chat), mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
1. Your Consent
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not use the Service.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 7 below) or by contacting us at support@clawly.chat. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

- Waitlist Information: Email address when you join the waitlist, used to notify you when access becomes available.
- Chat Content: Messages, prompts, and other content you send to your AI agent. This data is collected to provide and improve the AI interaction features of the Service.
- Integration Data: OAuth tokens and configuration data when you connect third-party services (e.g., Slack, Discord), used solely to enable those integrations.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, and timestamps, collected to improve and optimize the Service.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers, collected for analytics and to ensure compatibility.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs, collected for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies and local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage.
- Push Notification Tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device token to deliver notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect precise geolocation data, health or fitness data, financial information beyond what is needed for payment processing, contacts from your address book, or any data from other apps on your device.

- Analytics & Improvement: To improve, personalize, and optimize the Service through analytics and research.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your data for purposes other than those described above without obtaining your additional consent.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Chat history is retained for the duration of your active account and deleted within 30 days of account termination unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app, or by contacting us at support@clawly.chat. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and personal information within 30 days.
- Remove your chat history, integration data, and stored preferences.
- Revoke any active third-party integration connections.
- Retain only the minimal data required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance), which will be deleted once no longer legally required.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies to enable core functionality (authentication, session management) and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair the functionality of the Service.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable data protection authorities.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such data.
